Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal-use products, accessories, or opened packages may not be eligible for return. Items that are damaged due to misuse or not in their original condition will not be accepted.
